We gladly replace or provide credit for damaged product or incorrect product shipments within the continental USA only.WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR FREE SHIPPING ORDERS THAT ARE REPORTED LOST, AND ARE SHOWN AS DELIVERED BY FEDEX. We will request that FedEx track the shipment, but will not reimburse the customer if packages are stolen or lost after deliveries are reported as delivered by FedEx.
