Orders usually take approximately 2 weeks to ship. Orders of $125.00 or more are shipped free within the continental USA. The Shipping Charge will appear on your auto response order confirmation, but will be not be charged at the time of billing. Shipping charges for all orders outside the continental USA are subject to adjustment. Order cancellations or delivery refusals are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We gladly replace or provide credit for damaged product or incorrect product shipments within the continental USA only.WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR FREE SHIPPING ORDERS THAT ARE REPORTED LOST, AND ARE SHOWN AS DELIVERED BY FEDEX. We will request that FedEx track the shipment, but will not reimburse the customer if packages are stolen or lost after deliveries are reported as delivered by FedEx. We will be pleased to require signatures as proof of delivery for a charge if lost or stolen packages are a problem in the customer's delivery destination.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED DELIVERIES OUTSIDE THE USA. WE WILL REIMBURSE FOR THE LOSSES TO THE EXTENT THAT POSTAL INSURANCE WILL REFUND SUPPLY CRAFT FOR THE LOSS OR DAMAGE. We will purchase insurance, if available, at your request for an additional charge at the USPS rate.
